Who Am I?
John Jefferson was born in 1998 in Ecuador, he spends his entire childhood and adolescence in Spain. He defines himself as a portraitist from the beginning and specifically because of his interest in classical art, always with the impetus of portraying landscapes, objects, people and everything organic there is. Starting relatively late to pick up a pencil and having his first contact with the art world in 2016, at the age of 18 in Simón Pico's studio. Where you will learn the academic bases and develop your love for anatomy and everything that makes up the art world. Exhibiting at El Corte Inglés in 2016 and in 2017 at the Frax Foundation without further prior or subsequent professional work known to date. In 2017 he will begin his university career in Fine Arts where he will finish with a mention in visual arts and design, and where after touching many current artistic expression techniques with bad personal results and disagreements, he decides to take time off. Given his full interest in technology and all media, he will begin to increasingly introduce himself to digital methods of artistic creation in late 2020. His plastic technique focuses on a symbiosis between the viewer's perception and the "realism" of what is portrayed.
In 2021 he started a Master's degree in Computer games Art and Design in London, with a great knowledge of the 3D medium and software, he has a great background of his academic artistic stage, where mixing both knowledge he is able to show works with personality and technically attractive. Finishing with a current profile as a graphic designer and 3D modeller, in which he aims to compose and play with shapes, lights and textures in an unforgettable way. In 2023 he completed his second Master's degree in Design, improving and integrating his artistic skills in most aspects of design, both in signage, layout, product design and interior and environmental design.
